PREVENTION
Helping families that are at risk of losing their kids to the Department of Child Safety by providing the basic resources required to stabilize their family, so their children can remain in the home.

REUNIFICATION
Helping families who are in the process of being reunified with their children. These families have open cases with the Department of Children Safety (DCS) but have followed a plan and their children are being returned to their homes.

AGED OUT
We work with young adults ages 18-24, who have been in foster care. We offer to them not only housing but adults who can walk alongside of them and serve as an emotional support to them.
