At our coffee shop, we offer a job skills training program for young adults aged 18-24 who have aged out of the foster care system. Our program provides hands-on training to help these individuals learn valuable skills that can be used in their future careers. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment to help develop the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace. Our program includes guidance on resume writing, interviewing, customer service, and more. We strive to empower and equip these young adults with the tools they need to find meaningful employment. With our job skills training program, these individuals can gain the confidence they need to pursue their dreams.
