Receive client calls and make sure that client needs are met for Thrive AZ. This position is 32 hours a week on-site: Mon-Thurs. This position works with the Dept. of Child Safety agency referrals; contacting clients, identifying needs and scheduling delivery; overseeing client communication and deliveries, working with the warehouse lead and delivery team; communicating with Executive Director and DSC caseworkers as needed. Additional minor duties to complement Thrive AZ will be asked as well.

This position is Mon-Thurs; 7AM-33OPM.  Make sure that donation client deliveries are handled professionally for Thrive AZ.  This job will be going out on the trucks daily to help with client deliveries.  Heavy lifting is required as this job will be requiring lifting of sofas, dressers, etc. Working with client delivery driver and communicate with client specialist to make sure that deliveries are handled in a timely, professional manner; loading, unloading truck; delivering items to clients. Additional minor duties to complement Thrive AZ will be asked as well. 

This position requires heavy lifting for loading and unloading large, heavy furniture. It will entail interacting with donors and clients.
